Exhibition Information

■ Booth Capacity: 200 booths
■ Booth Allocation: Book early to select best available space.
■ Application: Fill out the application form. You will receive an invoice issued by OPTRONICS after receiving your application.

• Please note that we may decline an exhibit application if we determine the product does not fit into the objective of this EXPO
• The cancellation of applications is not accepted without written approval. If Show Management should approve the reason of cancellation, the cancellation will be approved subject to the following rule of cancellation:
  <Cancellation Fee>
  On or before Sep. 30, 2010-----50% of the full contacted space rental fee
  Oct. 1, 2010-Oct. 29, 2010 -----75% of the full contacted space rental fee
  After Oct. 30, 2010-----100% of the full contacted space rental fee
• The events of EXPO may be cancelled by the host due to natural disasters or unavoidable incidents, in which case part of your payment may be returned. The host will not liable for any of damage or expenditure included on the side of participant.
